Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Bitbull HMS licenses and related paid services from Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for license keys, software licenses, activation fees, or any other paid product or service related to Bitbull HMS, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by contract.

2. Trial before you buy

A trial version of Bitbull HMS may be available for download from our website. We strongly recommend installing and evaluating the trial on your intended hardware and workflow before purchasing a license. Purchasing a license indicates that you have had adequate opportunity to assess whether the Software meets your needs.

3. License activation

Once a license key is issued or activated, it is considered used and is non-refundable, including cases where:

  • You no longer need the Software;
  • You purchased the wrong edition or quantity by mistake;
  • Your hardware, operating system, or environment is incompatible after purchase;
  • You failed to back up data or lost data on your systems;
  • You are dissatisfied with features described on our website or documentation.

4. Support and defects

We may provide bug fixes and updates at our discretion. Lack of a specific feature, or intermittent technical issues, does not entitle you to a refund. Our Terms & Conditions disclaim warranties; remedies for software problems are limited as described there.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or revocation of your license. We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks and to refuse future sales to accounts that abuse payment processes.

6. Third-party resellers

If you purchased through an authorized reseller, their refund rules may apply for the transaction with them; Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s policy of no refunds still applies to license keys we have issued and activated.
